I cannot get a mortgage due to foreclosure. I am not a first time buyer. I am already receiving teacher retirement. I really don not want to spend another 14,000 a year thrown away on rent. I like to borrow from my 401b to buy a small home and pay it back in three to five years which is the same time I would have to wait for a regular mortgage. |
