One blogger tweeted about second mortgages and called them "trust loans." A search I found talked about "second trust loans" and "piggyback loans" in reference to second mortgages, but not "trust loans" directly. Is "trust loan" just shorthand for "second trust loan" or something else, or something completely different? |
